This is a 1-room apartment in a student residence in the city center of Potsdam. It's on the 1st floor with its own little balcony and lots of sunlight.
NOTE! Only available for one month for students in Potsdam - perfect if you are arriving earlier in the semester or want to search for apartments from Potsdam. Price is negotiable!
You get your own kitchen (with a fridge, stove, and oven) and private bathroom (with shower, sink, toilet).
The rent includes all costs (water gas, electrivity and internet) - but if you want to use the internet you must bring your own router to connect.
You can do laundry in the building with your student card (washer and dryer).
The apartment is located in Breite Strasse, a wide lively street in the center.
There is a REWE supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, and more shops 3 minutes away by foot, right next to the building. The bus station (bus 606) is in front of the building entrance, and its 10 min to Neues Palais and 20 min to Golm.
The main walking street (Brandenburger strasse) is less than 5 minutes away on foot, as well as anything else you might need.
The main train station is 20 min away walking or 5 min by bus.
There is also a DHL packstation behind the building (to receive packages easily).
You have to be a student of University of Potsdam and under 30 years old to live in this apartment. Also you can't have completed more than 10 semesters already.
I will ask for a 300 euro deposit (the same amount as Studentenwerk took from me) since I am moving out. As soon as my deposit has been returned and there has been no damage, I will pay your deposit back.
