I'm Jun-Hoe, 36 years old and just started a new job at Universitat Tübingen.
I'm searching for a house (1,5 Zimmer Wohnung) with a kitchen (EBK), and preferably partly furnished (Teilmöbliert), refrigerator (Kühlschrank), and washing machine (Waschmaschine) either in the house or building.
I would like to move in by 01.03.2021 or slightly earlier.
I have lived in Dresden, Germany before this so I am familiar with the rules of renting and taking care of a house in Germany. I am generally easy-going and like a quiet and friendly environment.
