I am renting this apartment from 1st of July, which is located on Grombühlstraße close to the tram 1and 5 stop (Senefelderstraße). The apartment compromise of a single room with two windows and a door to the balcony. Outside the balcony there is a park with lots of trees. The location of apartment is ideal for people working at the university hospital Würzburg.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electrical heating plates (4) with an oven. Refrigerator is build-in into the kitchen and has a freezer compartment as-well. In the basement there is a storage place.
A parking place in an underground car park is included in the mentioned rent, it can be readily rented out for around 60 euros if you do not own a car.
