Ich vermiete ab sofort 50 qm in meiner Altbau Wohnung an eine Person, super schönes helles Altbauzimmer 25 qm mit Stuck, hohen Decken und Dielenboden, einem 26 qm Gemeinschaftszimmer das wir uns teilen, sowie Flur, 15 qm Wohnküche, Bad und Toilette. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, total zum wohlfühlen und extrem gut gelegen. Cafés und Bars sowie Galerien und Kino / Theater in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Es gibt eine Bad mit Wanne und eine extra Toilette, eine Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 100 qm. In der Miete von 660 Euro monatl. sind alle Kosten enthalten inkl. Flatrate fürs Internet, Heizung, Gas, Strom, sowie eine super ausgestattete Küche (Mietkaution eine Monatsmiete 660€).
Ich suche nette pflegeleichte Leute, die pünktlich ihre Miete zahlen, auswärts arbeiten und ohne Regeln und Pläne wissen wann geputzt werden sollte. Eine freundliche Atmosphäre ist mir wichtig, ab und an ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder ein Glas Wein finde ich super.

I am renting 50-sqm part of my beautiful light non-smoking apartment appareled with stucco and timber floor for min. of 3 month to one person.
The 100-sqm three-room apartment has high ceilings and is board on the first floor (bel étage) of an historic old building located in Berlin-Mitte on Linienstrasse, kitty-cornered from Rosenthaler Platz close to Kastanienallee and Schönhauser Allee, Alexanderplatz or Hackescher Markt.
The apartment provides a bathroom with bath tub plus additional separate toilette as well as a fully equipped kitchen offering room for table and seats. The room includes a double bed mattress, a eiderdown quilt, a table with chair, bed sheets, towel and a set of keys. Furthermore included is sharing of a washer as well as unlimited access to high-speed internet. The total price of €660,00 EUR/month covers
all costs including heating, gas, electricity, hot water, internet, W-Lan and insurance. The rent has to be paid the first each month. A deposit of one monthly rent (660€) has to be made in advance.
I am looking for nice and easy people who pay their rent on time, work outside the apart. and know without plans when should be cleaned. I prefer a friendly atmosphere, cooking together from time to time or having a glas of wine in the evening.
