Theresienstraße is a quiet side street at Lousberg, 5 minutes from the city centre. It is a very popular residential area among students with many trees and greenery, as you live quietly and yet within a few minutes walk in the city center or at the university.
If you like to walk, you just need to cross the street and already it is on the Lousberg.

Most RWTH institutions and the Hauptmensa are within less than 5-10 minutes' walk.

Central station and Klinikum are easily reached by bus from the stops Pontstraße and Ehrenmal/Lousberg.

Pubs, bakeries, supermarkets in the Pontstr. are also within a few minutes walk.

Die Theresienstraße ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße am Lousberg, 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es ist eine unter Studenten sehr beliebte Wohngegend mit vielen Bäumen und Grün, da man ruhig wohnt und dennoch innerhalb weniger Fußminuten in der Innenstadt bzw.an der Uni ist.
Wer gerne laufen geht, braucht nur die Straße zu überqueren und schon ist er auf dem Lousberg.

Die meisten RWTH-Institute und die Hauptmensa sind in weniger als 5-10 Fußminuten erreichbar.

Hauptbahnhof und Klinikum erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus von den Haltestellen Pontstraße und Ehrenmal/Lousberg.

Kneipen, Bäckereien, Supermärkte in der Pontstr. sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
