Flat for two needed urgently, starting August

Hello everyone:)

I am a 23-year-old master student from China, I am looking for a flat starting August to live 2 years with my wife.

We have already got a flat to live from 1 July to 1 August, after that we need another one, if it happens that you got one, we could pay a visit (but before 1 July we'll not be in Germany). We neither smoke nor keep pets, and don't throw the parties either. We can speak little German and are very quiet, friendly people.

The warm rent with all utility (water, electricty, gas, net etc.) around €500 is acceptable. In addition, a flat completely furnished is preferable. If you are looking for a Nachmieter, please feel free to message me anytime:)
