I am subletting my very nice and cozy apartment for ca. 1 months. It is furnished and has everything necessary for staying in Berlin.
I want to sublet during the abovementioned period as I won't be in the city.
The end of the contract is negotiable, however, "Anmeldung" isn't possible.
The flat is situated in a very comfortable area of Charlottenburg. There is a U-bahn station in 5 min, a Bus station also in 5 mins, and the Circle S-bahn station - Jungfernheide in 8 mins. Tegel airport might be reached in 20 mins by public transport.
Besides, there is a huge Lidl for grocery shopping just in 4 mins.
The apartment is on the 7th floor - the last one in the house and has a balcony as well as an elevator. So, if you are looking for a quiet place for your short working stay in the capital, then the flat is for you.
P.S. Visiting is possible on 05.03. up to 06.03., also in distance mode. If you have read the announcement, then please write your availabilities as well (after working hours preferably)
P.P.S. The flat is not for 2 people, unfortunately. In the case of a couple, the additional cost may arise. And it is also not for parties as the house has thin walls and senior neighbors.
