I am a 58-year-old Italian and studied Linguistics at FU Berlin. I work as a translator and language teacher. Since the pandemic, I have withdrawn from the Berlin school system and I am in a phase of reorientation as a freelance professional. At the end of 2023 my rental contract was terminated for my apartment, which is why I am currently looking for a new stable stay with contract – unfortunately with little success so far.

As a single-living woman without children, I attach great importance to social contacts and like to participate in the diverse cultural and musical scene of Berlin with friends. For me it is essential to live in a central location with good connection, in order to be able to come home relaxed in the evening.

Since I want to pick up my own furniture from the warehouse, I would be very happy to have an unfurnished or sparsely furnished apartment. Alternatively, it would also be helpful if a cellar were present.

I bring a mixture of Italian social competence and German reliability. I can handle friendly and respectful with neighbors, children, small animals and plants and I am quite able to take responsibility. I particularly appreciate a green environment – with plants, balcony, garden or a beautiful view of trees. And yes, I'm going to bring my cello that I've been learning as a hobby for 10 years and very respectful games.

Ich bin eine 58-jährige Italienerin und habe Linguistik an der FU Berlin studiert. Beruflich bin ich als Übersetzerin und Sprachlehrerin tätig. Seit der Pandemie habe ich mich aus dem Berliner Schulsystem zurückgezogen und befinde mich in einer Phase der Neuorientierung als Freiberuflerin. Ende 2023 wurde mein Untermietvertrag für meine Wohnung gekündigt, weshalb ich momentan auf der Suche nach einer neuen stabilen Bleibe mit Vertrag bin – bisher leider mit wenig Erfolg.

Als alleinlebende Frau ohne Kinder lege ich großen Wert auf soziale Kontakte und nehme gerne an der vielfältigen kulturellen und musikalischen Szene Berlins mit Freunden teil. Für mich ist es essenziell, in einer zentralen Lage mit guter Anbindung zu wohnen, um abends entspannt nach Hause kommen zu können.

Da ich meine eigenen Möbel vom Lager abholen möchte, würde ich mich sehr über eine unmöblierte oder spärlich möblierte Wohnung freuen. Alternativ wäre es auch hilfreich, wenn ein Keller vorhanden wäre.

Ich bringe eine Mischung aus italienischer Sozialkompetenz und deutscher Zuverlässigkeit mit. Ich kann freundlich und respektvoll mit Nachbarn, Kindern, kleinen Tieren und Pflanzen umgehen und bin durchaus in der Lage, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Besonders schätze ich eine grüne Umgebung – mit Pflanzen, Balkon, Garten oder einem schönen Ausblick auf Bäume. Und ja, ich werde mein Cello mitbringen, das ich seit 10 Jahren als Hobby lerne und sehr respektvoll spiele.
