I would like to temporarily rent my well cut 80 sqm 3-room apartment. It is located in the west of Berlin in a quiet side street of the Kurfürstendamm and is intended for special rental needs due to a temporary work application far from the residence.
The immediate proximity to the Kurfürstendamm offers numerous shopping and leisure opportunities from supermarkets to fitness centers to the world-famous stage in the immediate vicinity.
The building is part of a magnificent ensemble from the 20s, built according to the plans of the famous architect Erich Mendelsohn. The most striking feature is the wavy loggias that offer a beautiful view and immediately convey a pleasant feeling of living. The double box windows are equipped with energy-efficient glass. In just one minute walk from the apartment two bus lines take you to your destination after a maximum of five minutes waiting time. Halensee S-Bahn Station is just a 10-minute walk (or 2 bus stations). By connecting to the Ringbahn you are quickly connected to almost all districts of the city without change. Charlottenburg, a 10-minute walk from the S-Bahn Station, offers quick and convenient access to Berlin's centres.
Adenauer Platz Underground Station is five minutes (or a bus station). There you take the central U-Bahn line 7 to the north of the city or to the other direction to the airport.

From the hallway with wardrobe, shoe rack and small wardrobe you get to all rooms. The kitchen has a fully equipped fitted kitchen incl. Brand-built devices and a small round table for three people with chairs.
The bedroom with a quiet location to the courtyard offers enough storage space through a very large built-in wardrobe. A double bed has dimensions 150x200 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a Corian washbasin and a brand washing machine.
The living room - with TV and carpet - offers a De Sede leather couch and a softline sofa/sleeping sofa sufficient seating and additional sleeping facilities. The box windows are equipped with blinds and curtains.
From the living room you can also reach the adjoining dining room, which is equipped with a large dining table and a small desk. From here you can reach the cozy loggia with table, bench and chairs.

Vom Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie auch direkt zum angrenzenden Esszimmer, das mit einem großen Esstisch und einem kleinen Schreibtisch ausgestattet ist. Von hier aus erreicht man die gemütliche Loggia mit Tisch, Bank und Stühlen.
