Charming 1-room apartment in Frankfurt sought – Nordend or Bornheim preferred, up to 750€ warm

Hello dear landlords,

I am looking for a new home in Frankfurt from February/March, ideally in the north or in Bornheim/Ostend. Please don't ask WG questions.

A little to me:
I am 25 years old, company lawyer and I have been working here in Frankfurt since the beginning of February. By the way, I give yoga lessons with a lot of passion – for me a nice balance with everyday work.

I am financially secured: My parents support me, and by my side job I have another stable source of income. It is important to me that everything runs reliably – both for rent and for dealing with the apartment.

I would describe myself as a neat and quiet renter. I love to relax after a long working day with a good book or a cup of tea. So the apartment would be a retreat for me, which I very much appreciate.

I would be very happy to hear a hint and a personal conversation.

Hallo liebe Vermieter*innen,

ich suche ab Februar/März ein neues Zuhause in Frankfurt, idealerweise im Nordend oder in Bornheim/Ostend. Bitte keine WG-Anfragen.

Ein bisschen zu mir:
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, Unternehmensjuristin und arbeite seit Anfang Februar bei einer Investmentbank hier in Frankfurt. Nebenbei gebe ich mit viel Leidenschaft Yoga-Unterricht – für mich ein schöner Ausgleich zum Berufsalltag.

Finanziell bin ich abgesichert: Meine Eltern unterstützen mich, und durch meinen Nebenjob habe ich eine weitere stabile Einnahmequelle. Mir ist es wichtig, dass alles zuverlässig läuft – das gilt sowohl für Miete als auch für den Umgang mit der Wohnung.

Ich würde mich selbst als ordentliche und ruhige Mieterin beschreiben. Ich liebe es, nach einem langen Arbeitstag bei einem guten Buch oder einer Tasse Tee zu entspannen. Die Wohnung wäre also für mich ein Rückzugsort, den ich sehr zu schätzen wüsste.
