Apartment/ room for professionals looking for every 3 weeks Wohnung/ Zimmer für Berufstätige für alle 3 Wochen gesucht

My name is Ines and I live in Düsseldorf. I'm 34 years old and I'm looking for a room/apartment from July, which I can use as a commuter once a month for 2-6 nights. If this is a short stay, the days are Tuesday to Thursday/ Friday or 5-6 nights over the weekend (probably Wednesday to Tuesday).

The following dates are already fixed:
- 15-17 July
- 6-14. August
- 10-16. September
- not in October
-12.-18/19. November

I myself describe myself as communicative, cordial, open, uncomplicated, neat and reliable. I like going out, doing a lot of sports and exploring the world on my journeys. I work as Senior Manager in Hamburg - near Reeperbahn.

What I'm looking for:
- from 10qm
- no carpet
- public transport nearby (I have a car and am mobile)
- Confirmation of residence for second residence (if possible)
- limited or permanent
- Price per night

Mein Name ist Ines und ich wohne in Düsseldorf. Ich bin 34 Jahre und ich suche ab Juli ein Zimmer/ Wohnung, welches ich als Pendler einmal im Monat für 2-6 Nächte nutzen kann. Wenn es sich um einen kurzem Aufenthalt handelt, dann sind es die Tage Dienstag bis Donnerstag/ Freitag oder bei 5-6 Nächten über das Wochenende (wahrscheinlich Mittwoch bis Dienstag).

- nicht im Oktober

Ich selbst bezeichne mich als kommunikativ, herzlich, offen, unkompliziert, ordentlich und zuverlässig. Ich gehe gerne raus, mache viel Sport und erkunde auf meinen Reisen die Welt. Ich arbeite als Senior Manager im Vertrieb in Hamburg - Nähe Reeperbahn.

Was ich suche:
- ab 10qm
- kein Teppichboden
- öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nah erreichbar (ich habe ein Auto und bin mobil)
- Wohnungsgeberbestätigung zur Anmeldung des Wohnsitzes als Zweitwohnsitz (falls möglich)
- befristet oder unbefristet möglich
- Preis pro Nacht
