Central location, Rewe supermarket right outside, and the bus stop for line 1 just around the corner. The bus stop for line 8 at Kochbrunnen is within walking distance (in case you miss bus 1).

The beautiful Neropark is a 1-minute walk away, and Kochbrunnen at the edge of the city center is only a 5-minute walk. The pedestrian zone, Nerotal, and Kurpark are all within easy walking distance. It's directly adjacent to Wilhelmstrasse.

The tree-lined Taunusstrasse is known for its beautiful old buildings, numerous galleries, boutiques, antique shops, and restaurants.

Despite its central location, it's quiet and green (Neropark, Nerowald).

Die Wohnung wird nur an Personen vermietet, welche ein festes Einkommen haben und dieses dokumentieren können. Studenten mit einem Studentenjob/ Bafög können sich auch gerne bewerben.
