Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein - das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Unser Mitbewohner hatte nie Probleme alles zu verstauen, was er verstauen wollte - und zur Not gibt es immer noch den Dachboden, falls du deinen Haustier-Elefanten mitbringen willst! Es ist nachts angenehm still und tagsüber angenehm kühl, da es nicht zur Sonnenseite verläuft. Abends im Sommer kann man wunderbar den Sonnuntergang beobachten. Das Zimmer lässt sich superschnell warm-heizen aufgrund der Größe und ist auch in Wintermonaten ein ganz und gar gemütlicher Rückzugsort!
*Bitte beachte: Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
The room is small but nice. Our roommate had no problems to store all his belongings and in any case - there is always the attic if you have a pet elephant you want to bring along... At night its quiet and during the day - especially in summer - nice and cool as the window doesn't face the sun. In summer you can still enjoy a lovely sunset though. It gets easily warm with the little heating and is therefore also in winter it is a nice place to retreat to and just relax.
*Please note: the room is not furnished.
Die Lage ist absolut perfekt - 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum (neu renovierten) Rewe und Lidl, direkt um die Ecke, 2 Minuten (wenn du nicht trödelst) zur Straßenbahn. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Und zum Seintor 5 Minuten - allein von da aus erreichst du alles was du brauchst in Halle. Auch zum Zentrum, dem Marktplatz, läufst du 1) nur bergab und 2) höchstens 15 Minuten.
Also alles erreichbar, selbst für Faule ;-)
The location is absolutely perfect - it takes you 3 minutes on foot to the (newly renovated) Rewe and Lidl, right around the block, 2 minutes to the tram station (if you don't dawdle) and 15 minutes to the train station in Halle. The Steintor is only 5 minutes and from there you can take any tram you need to take. To the center, the market place in Halle, you also only need 20 minutes (on foot!) and its all the way downhill.
Gesucht wird ein netter Mitbewohner oder eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die keine Zweck-WG sondern ein gemütliches Zusammenleben möchte, da wir gerne miteinander Zeit verbringen. Abends mal Spiele spielen, an Wochenenden auch mal die Nacht durchtanzen, nachts um 12 anregende Gespräche in der Küche bei einer Tasse Tee...Oh ja, wir sind alle vehemente Tee-trinker!!!
Am besten kommst du einfach vorbei und lernst uns kennen!

We are looking for a nice flatmate who isn't looking for a buisness-like WG but rather a friendly and peaceful home, as we are quite close. Playing games in the evening, going out on weekends - if we aren't busy with studying it would be nice if you could join us! Oh, and random chit-chats at night with a cup of tea...yes, we are all tea-addicts!
In any case, it's probably best if you just come around! We are looking forward to seeing you!
