The house is quite quiet at the end of a dead end. The nearest bus stop is within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The lake is about 500m away and the next shopping facilities, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi about 1-2 km.

Du hast Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnen und Freude an Arbeit und Relaxen in einem großen Garten?

Du bist zuverlässig und ordentlich und gehst pfleglich mit Mobiliar und Elektrogeräten um?

Dann bist du für mich genau die richtige Mitbewohnerin oder der richtige Mitbewohner.

Ich bin weiblich 40 Jahre alt, aufgeschlossen und empathisch. Du kannst mit mir Lachen oder auch ernsthafte Gespräche führen. Ich wünsche mir, dass du dich wohl und zuhause fühlst.

Du hast ein eigenes Zimmer von etwa 14 qm (auf Wunsch teilmöbliert) und kannst alle anderen Räume mitbenutzen. Das Haus von 140qm verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine geräumige vollausgestatte Küche, zwei Bäder (Dusche und Badewanne separat) und ein Gäste-WC. Im Heizungsraum stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner bereit und es ist genügend Stauraum (Keller, Abstellraum, Dachboden) vorhanden. Für Auto, Fahrrad oder ähnliches steht ebenfalls genügend Platz zur Verfügung. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten (Gas, Wasser, Strom und W-Lan) und die kostenfreie Mitnutzung von sämtlichen Elektrogeräten enthalten.

Das Haus ist recht ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der See ist etwa 500m entfernt und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi etwa 1-2 km.
