Der Gleisdreieck Park und der Viktoria Park sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Das Zimmer ist mit einem TV, Minibar, großer Kleiderschrank, Regal, Arbeitsplatz (Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl), Internetanschluss ausgestattet. Ein Laserdrucker steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bei Bedarf kostenfrei gestellt.
Leider nur für Januar. Aber vielleicht ideal um von hier aus weiter auf Suche zu gehen!
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

I am offering a furnished room in a typical Berlin old building in Kreuzberg. Gleisdreieck Park and Viktoria Park are just a 5 minute walk away. The room includes a TV, mini-bar, big wardrobe, shelf, work area (desk with chair) and WiFi. A laser printer is available for shared use. Bedding and towels can be free of charge provided, if needed.
Pets are not allowed.( Resident age 58 funny sprightly :)

Der Bergmannkiez zählt zu einem der schönsten Gegenden in Kreuzberg, wo man vielseitige Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat.
Gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. 5min zu Fuß zur U Bahn-Linie U1,U6,U7 und Busverbindung M19. Außerdem befindet sich fußläufig der neu entstandene Gleisdreieckpark, welcher zum gemütlichen Spazieren und zu verschiedenen Sportaktivitäten einläd.
Mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min zum Prinzenbad und in 15 min zum Columbiabad.

Close is the Bergmannkiez which is one of Berlin's nicest and most popular areas in Kreuzberg, where you have a lot of possibilities to have breakfast, shop, and dine and wine.
Good connection to public transportation. You just need 5min by foot to urban train stations (lines U1, U6, U7) and to bus station (line M19).
10 minutes by bike to the Prinzenbad and15 minutes to the Columbiabad.
Ein gemeinsames Beisammensein kann sein und muss auch nicht sein. Ich freue mich auf einen interessanten und humorvollen Mitbewohner.
