This is one of the trendiest districts of Berlin, and is therefore extremely affected by gentrification. Moreover Friedrichshain comes up with a lively cultural scene. The situation currently is one of the most popular in Berlin.

Friedrichshain bietet eine international geprägte Kulturszene, renommierte Museen, Theater, Galerien sowie architektonisch Beachtliches.
Die Lage kann als sicher bezeichnet werden, es gibt hier wenig Kriminalität bzw. Blöcke im sozialen Brennpunkt!
Trotz der extremen Nähe zu Verkehrsmitteln ist es in der Wohnung ruhig.

Ihr könnt gerne bei der Wahl des Interieurs mitbestimmen. Die Kosten für die wichtigsten Dinge, welche dann auch in der Wohnung verbleiben, übernimmt der Eigentümer.
In der WG leben:

Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume ist sehr wichtig!
Respektvoller Umgang miteinander wird als selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt!
