Couch, Teppich, Schreibtisch und Stuhl
2 Lampen, Vorhänge und Kleiderschrank
Alle Möbel sind aus Holz, der Boden ist Echtholzparkett

Gemeinschaftsküche & Bad:
Küche mit Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, Kochutensilien
Großer Kühlschrank, Airfryer und Geschirrspüler
Kleines, schönes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine

Miete:

€390 Kaltmiete + €90 Nebenkosten pro Monat = €480 gesamt
Für den gesamten Zeitraum: €600

Hello :)
I am subletting my room for 1,5 months starting Feb 16th, since i will not be in Berlin.

The room contains:

140x200 cm bed with mattress and washable mattress protector
Couch, rug, desk and chair, 2 lamps, curtains, and wardrobe.
All furniture is solid wood and we have real oak parquet flooring.

Shared kitchen & facilities:

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware, a large fridge, an air-fryer and a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and a small but nice bathroom with a shower.

The current rent for one month is €390 + €90 utilities/month = €480 total.
For the whole period, that would be €600.

Alles, was man braucht, ist direkt in der Nähe:
Zentrum Schöneweide, Penny, Lidl, Rewe, dm, Kino, Restaurants und Apotheken.

Unsere WG liegt in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Schöneweide.
Tramhaltestelle: ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß
Bushaltestelle: ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß

*Top Lage für Studierende der HTW (Campus Wilhelminenhof oder Treskowallee)*

Du würdest mit meinen zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenleben.
Vanessa studiert an der Uni, und Sofiia macht eine Ausbildung.

Unsere WG ist eher ruhig; jede verbringt die meiste Zeit in ihrem eigenen Zimmer. Es gibt jedoch einen gemeinsamen Sitzbereich, in dem man sich gern zusammensetzen und unterhalten kann.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert.

You would be living with my two lovely flatmates.
Vanessa studies at University, and Sofiia is doing an Ausbildung.

Our WG is rather quiet; everyone mostly spends time in their own room. We also have a common seating area where you’re welcome to sit and chat if you like.

It is quite important to us that you are clean and tidy. We currently have a cleaning plan, which rotates on a weekly basis.
