Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner schönen Altbau Wohnung mit tollem Holzboden und hohen Decken. Sie ist in Prenzlauer Berg mit sehr guter Anbindung zum S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer Berg.

Ich wohne hier alleine aber meine Freundin ist sehr oft hier und wir könnten uns gut vorstellen das Zimmer an einen Pendler zu vermieten. Es ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung und wir würden uns die Küche und das Bad teilen. Das Zimmer wird nur an Einzelpersonen/ keine Paare vermietet und eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich. 3-4 Monate Probewohnen machen glaube ich erstmal Sinn, um zu schauen wie es funkitoniert, perspektivisch möchte ich das Zimmer aber langrfristig vermieten. Je nachdem wie viel ihr als Pendler in der Wohnung seid ist preislch auch noch etwas zu machen.

Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Ordnung und suchen einen ruhigen Mitbewohner/in. Party People (also hier in der Wohnung) und Leute die dauernd Freunde einladen möchten sind hier leider an der falschen Adresse. Hello!

I am renting out a room in my beautiful old apartment with gorgeous wooden floors and high ceilings. It is located in Prenzlauer Berg with excellent connections to the Prenzlauer Berg S-Bahn station.

I live here alone, but my girlfriend is here very often, and we could well imagine renting the room to a commuter. We would like to rent the room to individuals only, not couples, and unfortunately it is not possible to register. It is a three room apartment and we would share the kitchen and the bathroom. I think a 3-4 month trial period makes sense at first to see how it works out, but I would like to rent out the room on a long-term basis. Depending on how much time you will be in Berlin as a commuter, there is also room for negotiation in terms of price.

We place great importance on hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness, and are looking for a rather quiet roommate. Party people (here in the apartment) and people who constantly want to invite friends over are unfortunately in the wrong place here.
