Zur Zwischenmiete (12te bis 31ste Dec) biete ich ein schönes, helles, 28 m² großes Zimmer im aufstrebenden Wedding. Das Zimmer ist mit einem romantischem Himmelbett, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Komode und einem Sofa ausgestattet. Alle Möbel können selbstverständlich genutzt werden, wozu ich im Kleiderschrank und der Komode einzelnen Fächer frei räumen werde.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 150 m² großen Wohnung, die mit zwei Badezimmern, zwei Balkonen und einer geräumigen Küche und drei sehr netten Mitbewohnern ausgestattet ist.
Die U-Bahnlinien 8 und 9 sind fußläufig in 5 bzw. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Außerdem gibt es viele Busverbindungen in der Nähe,
Bis zum S-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn, Regional und Fernzüge) sind es eine Station mit der U8, oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Supermärkte, Späti und Döner sind überall in Wohnungsnähe.

For two weeks(12th till 31stof Dec) I offer my beautiful 28 m in Wedding. I have a big bed, a couch, a drawer and a big closet that I can party empty for your use. The room is in a shared apartment of 150 m and you'll be sharing it with 3 sweet guys, that might be also traveling for part your stay. We have two bathrooms, two balconies and a cosy kitchen with a sofa that we use also as kind if a living room, to have drink together, talk or play some games.
The apartment is close to subway lines U8 (pank str.) and U9(Osloer str.) And there are a lot of bus stations close by too. Supermarkets like Lidl, Rewe, Spätis and Dönner places are also very close.
Gropiusstr. is between Pankstr. U8 and Osloerstr. U9. Both you can reach within 5 minutes by foot. There's also bus closeby. Lidl, Kaisers, dm, turkish shops and a lot of food places just 5 or 10 minutes away. Also very close to Gesundbrunnen. If you have questions just ask me.
I have three very nice flatmates, one would be probably traveling as well at the time. We sometimes cook together, go to a bar together and hang out in the kitchen together and if we want to be alone nobody will disturb eachother.
