Student sucht WG Zimmer

Hallo,
ich heiße Leander (er/ihm), bin 28 Jahre alt und suche ein WG Zimmer mit Einzug ab dem 1. Januar bis 1. März. Am liebsten unbefristet, befristet wäre auch in Ordnung, dann aber gerne mindestens acht Monate, damit ich mich einleben und ein WG-Gefühl bekommen kann. Da ich recht viele Möbel mitbringe, wäre ein unmöbliertes Zimmer optimal.

Was ich so mache:
Ich studiere im 3. Mastersemester Geoinformatik und arbeite als Werksstudent im Fraunhofer Institut. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich mit bouldern, an der Tischtennisplatte, mit werkeln/basteln (meistens irgendwas mit Holz), draußen mit Freundis, am Computer oder tanzend im Club. Meine Wochenenden verbringe ich meistens abwechselnd mit meiner Freundin in Berlin oder bei ihr in Hamburg.

Was ich mitbringe:
Ich habe 10 Jahre gemeinschaftlicher WG-Erfahrung, bin weitestgehend ruhig, sauber und plane keine größeren Parties. Ich koche gerne (vegetarisch/ vegan, meistens auch ganz gut und am liebsten mit anderen) und mache anschließend gerne wieder sauber. Für Unsere-WG-soll-schöner-werden-Projekte bin ich grundsätzlich zu haben und stelle dafür gerne mein Werkzeug/ Material zur Verfügung. Außerdem kümmere ich mich gerne um menschliche, tierische und pflanzliche Mitbewohnis und rauche nicht, aber wenn doch, dann nur draußen.

Wünsche an die WG:
Ich freue mich über ein liebevolles Miteinander und eine weltoffene Grundhaltung. Gemeinsam Kochen, Spieleabende, Sport machen, Coworking sind kein muss, aber sehr willkommen. Darüber hinaus ist mir irgendeine Form von Putzplan und ein sorgsamer Umgang mit geteilten Dingen und Räumen wichtig.

Hi,
my name is Leander (he/him), I’m 28 years old and I’m looking for a room in a shared flat, with a move-in date between January 1 and March 1. Ideally, I’m looking for an open-ended arrangement; a fixed-term lease would also be fine, but preferably for at least eight months so I can settle in and develop a sense of shared living. Since I’m bringing quite a bit of furniture, an unfurnished room would be ideal.

What I do:
I’m currently in my third semester of a Master’s degree in Geoinformatics and work as a student assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute. In my free time, I enjoy bouldering, playing table tennis, building and crafting things (mostly with wood), spending time outdoors with friends, working on the computer, or going dancing at clubs. On weekends, I usually alternate between spending time with my partner in Berlin and visiting her in Hamburg.

What I bring to the table:
I have ten years of experience in community-oriented shared flats. I’m generally calm, tidy, and don’t plan large parties. I enjoy cooking (vegetarian/vegan, usually quite well, and preferably together with others) and I’m happy to clean up afterwards. I’m open to all kinds of “let’s-make-our-WG-nicer” projects and am glad to share my tools and materials. I also enjoy taking care of human, animal, and plant housemates. I don’t smoke; if I do, it’s only outside.

What I’m looking for in a WG:
I value a caring, friendly atmosphere and an open-minded attitude. Cooking together, game nights, sports, or coworking are not a must, but very welcome. A shared understanding of cleanliness — maintained through some form of cleaning schedule — and a respectful handling of shared items and spaces are important to me.
