Ich vermiete mein gemütliches und möbliertes WG-Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Poppelsdorf unter. Das Zimmer ist mit Schreibtisch, Bett (bzw. mein Sofa, auf dem ich seit Jahren sehr bequem schlafe), Bücherregal und Kleiderschrank sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel möchte ich grundsätzlich während der Untermiete stehen lassen, nach Absprache könnten wir aber auch einzelne Dinge im Keller lagern.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 Quadratmeter groß, gut geschnitten und mit schönem Blick auf dem Kreuzberg.
Die oben angegebenen Daten (06.08. - 04.10.2026) können wir evtl. noch anpassen. Es kann gut sein, dass das Zimmer noch länger verfügbar ist, da ich noch nicht genau weiß, ob ich bei meiner Rückkehr nach Bonn wieder dort einziehen werde. Dann könnte das Zimmer unbefristet übernommen werden (all das können wir dann klären!).

Der einzige Makel ist die Nähe zur Autobahn, die direkt neben der Wohnung ist. Man hört sie auch als leichtes Hintergrundrauschen bei geschlossenem Fenster (vor allem nachts, wenn es sonst still ist), aber ich empfinde sie nicht als störend.

Unsere schöne, voll ausgestattet Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) ist sehr gut für gemeinsame WG-Abende geeignet :)
Neha und Marlene, mit denen du zusammen leben würdest, stecken beide in den letzten Zügen ihres VWL-Bachelors. Beide wissen noch nicht genau, wie es danach weitergeht und wie lange sie noch in der Wohnung bleiben. Es könnte also sein, dass während des Jahres andere Mitbewohner:innen einziehen. Da könntest du dann natürlich auch mitentscheiden.
