Hallo zusammen,

das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm2 groß, ist super gut geschnitten und hat großen gut isolierten Fenstern.
Über das Einzugdatum können wir auch nochmal quatschen, irgendwas zwischen dem 15.01 und 15.02.2026 würde passen. Meine Möbeln dürfen übernommen werden, ist aber keinn Muss!

Die WG befindet sich in Poppelsdorf, direkt am Poppelsdorfer Platz.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle, also
erreichst du den Bahnhof innerhalb von ca 6 min.
Es gibt alles mögliche in der Nähe an gute Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte, Apotheken etc.
Für Studenten ist die MNL, die Campo Mensa und die Uniklinik schnell zu erreichen.

Wir sind Alessio (29) und Nagham (23). Alessio wird in der wg bleiben und beschreibt sich als eine entspannte und freundliche Person, die gerne in Gesellschaft ist und sich sowohl über tiefgründige als auch über oberflächliche Themen unterhält. Er ist an allem interessiert und neugierig, insbesondere an Menschen und ihrer Kultur, und teilt gerne Erfahrungen und Wissen zu jedem Thema. Spätestens aller drei Wochen fliegt er für 3-4 Tagen in die Heimat. Wenn er aber nicht in die Heimat oder auf der Arbeit ist, häckelt er gerne, geht bouldern oder liest Bücher.
Die Küche ist das Herzstück unser Wg und wird auch gerne ausgenutzt für gemeinsames Essen, Spieleabende oder einfach um zu chillen, wenn man kein Bock auf sein eigenes Zimmer hat.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 570€ (470€ kaltmiete & 100€ Nebenkosten). Dazu kommt ein Abschlag für die Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmachine etc von 200€. Es gibt die möglichkeit, früher oder später einzuziehen. Darüber kann man noch quatschen. Wenn du den Text zu Ende gelesen hast, verwende das Wort „HOME“
