I am leaving Bremen soon for work, and I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 person wg in Schwachhausen. The room can also be available before the 15th Nov.
The large window, which gives on the shared balcony, provides a nice light during the day.
The room size is about 10qm, but with some space organization there is no feeling of being in a small room.
I built the high bed and it fit exactly the room, improving the space. I am asking for some money for it (60€). Some of the furniture on the picture (like a little bookcase, coffee table) will also be included in that price.
The location is very optimal to reach university/ city center in a few minutes since it is 4 min walking from the 6 line (tram stop Emmastrasse). Various supermarkets are close (Rewe and Rewe Getränke 5 min walking, Alecco, Netto 10 min walking, Aldi 5 min by tram). Cycling is also very optimal to reach the university or the city center.
This is an international flatshare. You will share the flat with Sasha, Sylvain, and Paula. Sasha is IT interested, she loves to cook japanese food and trying out sports. Paula is studying a master in digital media and she likes to make and listen to electronic music. Sylvain likes to play guitar and to read. So, we are a mix of students and workers with different time schedules, with a relaxed lifestyle. There aren't any particular restrictions in the flat, even though there is enough calm to study/work/rest.
We would like to have a friendly relationship within flatmates, still respecting the privacy of the others. From time to time, we like to meet to share dinner/lunch and have social activities (e.g. play some board games or watch a movie or listen to good music around a glass of wine) in our small living room.
We would like to live with a flatmate who is neat in the shared areas, enjoy making activities together and open to LGBTQ.
The share areas are fully furnished and equipped (microwave, dishwasher, flatware, etc.). There is a cellar and a little storage space in the attic.
