Hi there!
I am leaving my room where I have stayed happily for more than 2 years due to graduation. The room has everything you need, a loft bed, a big office desk, a couch, and a wardrobe. It is perfectly suitable to just come with only your luggage and settle down. You can take over the furniture for a small amount of money. The loft bed saves a lot of space so you will feel comfortable here. The room is very bright and on the west side so you will see a nice sunset in summer :)
The flat is in Plauen which is a very family-oriented and quiet neighborhood. The public transport can be reached within 2 minutes. You can reach the university by bus 85 within 5 minutes and the city center by bus 62 in 10 minutes. There is everything you need nearby such as supermarkets i.e. Lidl and Netto, pharmacy, gym, bürgerbüro, post office, etc. There is a small river and a forest nearby which is a perfect fit for those who like to take a walk daily. The building has a small garden in front which is suitable for having a barbeque or a fire or simply sitting outside when the weather is nice.
Your future flatmates are Zhyong and Anna. Zhyong is studying Chemistry and Anna is a business analyst for an IT company. Anna is going to move in December so you will not be the only newbie in the WG :)
It is a silent but peaceful WG where there is not much partying. Everyone minds their own business. It offers you a nice environment where you can focus on your own things without being bothered. Of course, that does not mean we do not meet sometimes in the kitchen to cook and eat together :)
