I’m doing my bachelor in Communication Design, also work as a designer from home.
Sometimes I go jogging in the park and do yoga, and am very open to do it together from time to time!

I’m doing my bachelors in design same as Sasha and working in design studio. I know all coffee shops in town and always down to go to the cinema, museum or theatre together (i would love to go to library more often instead though...)

Together we cook, watch movies, play chess & use our living room as a coworking sometimes! We would love our new roommate to be not just a tenant, but also a part of our apartment life, caring about tidiness and general cozy vibes

We’re looking only for ladies, preferably 20-25 years old

General info about the flat:
- Our apartment is English speaking
- We don’t smoke inside the apartment
- Please pay attention that your room is going to have a separate entrance from the stairs
- Also, there’s a door connecting your room with Sasha’s, which is always closed, but it lets noises through, so you both are expected to be respectful to each other about your noisy situations like guests, loud music etc
- We have a cleaning schedule, nothing complex just to make sure we do it regularly

Location is very convenient:
- S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram stations accessible in 1 minute
- Südpark is close as well, for walking or jogging
- different supermarkets are in like 10 minutes walk

Your room will be fully furnished, and you will be required to pay 150€ for it to our previous roommate
