das Zimmer ist ab dem 15. Februar verfügbar und bis ca Juli/August/September verfügbar. Das würde ich aber so korrekt und schnell wie möglich mit dkr abklären.
Ich lasse alle Möbel drin, ich räume nur so viel wie möglich aus den Schränken damit man da Platz hat. Es ist eigentlich alles da zum leben.
Man könnte auch mein Fahrrad benutzen.

Wir haben einen Balkon und eine schöne Küche und Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Sonne scheint von beiden Seiten der Wohnung rein. Nur zu verschiedenen Uhrzeiten natürlich ;)

the room is available from the 15th in february and available until approximately july/august/september.
I would clarify this with you as correctly and quickly as possible. I‘m leaving all the furniture in, I just take out as much as possible from the cupboards so there's room. It's really all there for living.
You could also use my bike.
We have a balcony and a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
Sunlight streams in from both sides of the apartment. Just at different times, of course ;)

Die Wohnung ist in Oberkassel, so ca 5min mit der Bahn zur Kunstakademie.
Direkt beim Barbarossa Platz. Also eigentlich auch direkt am Rhein.
10min mit der U-Bahn zum Hbf. Sehr zentral.

The apartment is in Oberkassel, about 5 minutes by train to the Art Academy.
Right by the Barbarossa Platz. So actually right on the Rhine.
10 minutes by subway to the main station.

Meine Mitbewohnerin (Klara) und ich sind erst im November 2025 hier eingezogen.
Jetzt gehe ich (Viola) für ein Auslandssemster weg und würde gerne das Zimmer untervermieten!
Wir studieren beide an der Kunstakademie und sind viel unterwegs.
Klara teilt sich einen Hund mit ihrer Familie, der ist manchmal hier, der würde aber keiner Fliege was zur Leide tun. Also- er ist ganz lieb!

My roommate (Klara) and I moved in here in November 2025.
Me (Viola) I am going abroad for a semester now and would like to sublet my room!
We both study at the art academy and are often on the go, very busy.
Klara shares a dog with her family; he's sometimes here, but he's really sweet!

Es ist etwas Platz im Keller falls du da was unterstellen willst.
