Hi zusammen,
Mitte Mai / Anfang Juni wird bei uns in der Wohnung ein Zimmer frei, da ich schweren Herzens meine WG verlasse. Das genaue Einzugsdatum können wir gerne besprechen. Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer inkl. Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Regal, Kommode und Schreibtisch. Da meine Mitbewohnerin innerhalb der Wohnung umzieht, handelt es sich ggf. um andere Möbel als auf dem Bild, aber das können wir gerne persönlich besprechen. Der Abschlag für die Möbel sowie anteilig für unsere Waschmaschine beträgt ca. 700 Euro (ggf. weniger, falls ich meine neue Matratze mitnehme...).
Da ein Zimmer in unserer WG ein eigenes Bad hat, teilst du dir das Bad nur mit einer Mitbewohnerin.

Hi all,
around mid May/June, a room will become available in our flat share. The room will be furnished, however the furniture might differ from the picture, as my room mate is moving within the WG and we might switch some of the furniture. However, there will definitely be a bed, closet, cupboard, desk, etc. The part payment for the furniture will be around 700 €, potentially less if I take my new mattress with me.
Since one of the rooms in our apartment has a separate bathroom, you will only share the bathroom with one other roomie.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Europaallee.
Einkaufen: Im 8 Minuten entfernten Einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza gibt es neben Rewe und DM auch sonst alles was, was das Herz begehrt.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Direkt vor dem Haus fährt ein Bus zum HBF, S-Bahn Galluswarte/Messe sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, die U-Bahnstation Festhalle/Messe ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 20 Minuten am Flughafen.
Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einige Restaurants sowie einige Kaffee- und Frühstücksoptionen.

The apartment is in the Europaviertel.
Shopping: In the Skyline Plaza, about 8 minutes by foot, you'll find a Rewe, DM, and nearly anything else.
Public transportation: Directly in front of the building there is a bus going to HBF, the S-Bahn stations Galluswarte/Messe are about 5 min by foot, the U-Bah station Festhalle/Messe about 10 minutes. By taxi you'll be at the airport in around 20 minutes.
In der WG wohnen bleiben Julia und Yuliia - namentechnisch also schon mal easy :)
Wir sind alle berufstätig und arbeiten momentan je nach dem mal aus dem Home Office, mal aus dem Büro, was soweit gut funktioniert.
Es wäre super, wenn du WG-Erfahrung mitbringst und einen gesunden Ordnungssinn hast. Unser geschätzter 4. Mitbewohner, ein Saugroboter, soll an dieser Stelle nicht unerwähnt bleiben und unterstützt uns alle gerne!
Was das WG-Leben angeht, sind wir entspannt und machen hin und wieder etwas zusammen, aber natürlich macht auch jeder sein Ding. Ich werde euch hoffentlich ab und zu besuchen und freue mich schon auf eine kleine Feier auf der Dachterrasse :)

We're all employed and have partly been working from home, which is not a problem at all. It would be great if you have some experience living in flat shares and are reasonably organised. Our 4th flatmate, a robotic vacuum, is happy to help.
We have a chill vibe in the WG and sometimes do stuff together. However, everyone also does their thing. I hope to be visiting sometimes and am looking forward to a small party on the rooftop terrace :)
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inkl. Internet. Dazu kommt unsere Reinigungshilfe, die sich alle zwei Wochen um den Gemeinschaftsbereich und die Bäder kümmert - dafür zahlen wir momentan 40€ p. P. im Monat.
Wir freuen uns von euch zu hören - schreib gerne ein paar Sätze zu dir :)

Rent includes all costs. In addition, we currently have a cleaning aid which cleans all common areas and bathrooms every two weeks, which currently amounts to 40€ per person and month.
