Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem großen Wohn-Essbereich (ca. 45m²) mit anliegendem Eckbalkon/Loggia (8m²). Von dort beginnt ein langer Flur an dem sich die folgenden Räume aufreihen: - Zwei vollwertigen Badezimmern (begehbare Duschen und eines davon mit Badewanne)- Eine Wäsche- und Abstellkammer - Drei Zimmer 15 m² / 16 m² / 18 m².
(Dazu gibt es noch ein großzügiges Kellerabteil und einen Tiefgeragenstellplatz)
Das 16 m² große Zimmer, welches gut geschnitten ist, wird bei uns frei. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, der Rest der WG bietet aber alles, was sonst benötigt wird. Es befindet sich am Ende des Flures neben dem zweiten Badezimmer. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster kommt viel Licht rein, mit den elektrischen Jalousien kann man dieses aber nach Belieben dimmen. Jeder Raum verfügt über eine individuell steuerbare Fußbodenheizung. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz.
The flat itself consists of a large living-dining area (approx. 45m²) with adjoining corner balcony/loggia (8m²). From there, a long corridor begins, where the following rooms are located: - Two full bathrooms (walk-in showers and one of them with a bathtub) - A laundry and storage room - Three rooms (16 m² / 16 m² / 18 m²).
(In addition, there is a spacious cellar compartment and an underground parking space).
The 16 m² room, which is well cut, is available. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat-share offers everything else that is needed. It is located at the end of the corridor next to the second bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of light, but you can dim it as you like with the electric blinds. Each room has individually controllable underfloor heating. The flat comes with a parking space.
Die Kleyerstraße läuft parallel zur Mainzer Landstraße, in der man so ziemlich alles findet, was das Herz begehrt. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Restaurants, Supermärkte, Friseure, Wäschereien, die Post und Packstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe (3-10 min fußläufig zu erreichen).
Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Galluspark), eine weitere (Schwalbacherstraße) ist in 3 min zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist die S-Bahnstation Galluswarte in 8-10 min zu erreichen.
Zusätzlich fährt noch ein Bus direkt vor der Haustür Richtung Galluswarte. So, oder mit dem Fahrrad, kommt man relativ schnell in die Innenstadt oder ans Mainufer (10-15 min). Eine Call a bike / Flinkster Station ist auch in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell auf der A5 & A3 & A66 & A648 durch das naheliegende Westkreuz.
Kleyerstraße runs parallel to Mainzer Landstraße, where you can find just about anything your heart desires. There are many different restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, laundries, the post office and packing stations in the immediate vicinity (3-10 min walk).
There is a tram stop directly in front of the house (Galluspark), another one (Schwalbacherstraße) is 3 min away. The Galluswarte S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 8-10 minutes.
In addition, a bus leaves directly from the front door in the direction of Galluswarte. This way, or by bike, you can reach the city centre or the Main riverbank relatively quickly (10-15 min). A Call a Bike / Flinkster station is also just 2 minutes away.
By car, you can reach the A5 & A3 & A66 & A648 very quickly via the nearby Westkreuz.
Meine Mitbewohner sind Sam und Duc. Sam (28), Grundschullehrerin, kommt ursprünglich aus Kanada, hat dann längere Zeit in Schweden gelebt und ist jetzt seit etwa 5 Monaten in Deutschland. Sam mag Bücher und Rotwein, ist immer gut gelaunt und sehr offen und kontaktfreudig. Ihr Freund ist ein sehr guter Koch, der das kulinarische Niveau der WG in den letzten Monaten in ungeahnte Höhen gehoben hat.
Duc (28), ursprünglich aus der Nähe von Koblenz, ist nach seinem Studium in Aachen vor 3 Jahren nach Frankfurt gezogen, wo er jetzt bei Continental arbeitet. Mit Duc kann man viel Spaß haben - mit oder ohne Alkohol - aber auch jederzeit ein interessantes Gespräch führen.
Beide sind sehr, sehr rücksichtsvolle, ordentliche und unkomplizierte Mitbewohner. Wir haben uns durch Corona und die Sperrstunde mit wöchentlichen gemeinsamen Kochabenden gerettet. Abends und am Wochenende unternehmen wir gerne etwas und sind auch dem ein oder anderen Bier/Cider/Wein nicht abgeneigt. Das Motto lautet: Alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn Sie also Interesse haben, können Sie immer etwas unternehmen oder sich den bereits geplanten Aktivitäten anschließen. Ansonsten herrscht ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Toleranz.
Your roomates are Sam and Duc. Sam (28), primary school teacher, is originally from Canada, then lived in Sweden for a longer time and has now been in Germany for about 5 months. Sam likes books and red wine, is always in a good mood and very open and sociable. Her boyfriend is a very good cook, who has raised the culinary level of the WG to unimagined heights in recent months.
Duc (28), originally from near Koblenz, moved to Frankfurt 3 years ago after studying in Aachen, where he now works at Continental. You can have a lot of fun with Duc - with or without alcohol - but also an interesting discussion at any time.
Both are very, very considerate, neat and uncomplicated roommates. We have saved ourselves through Corona and the lockdown with weekly shared cooking evenings. In the evenings and at weekends, we like to do something and are generally not averse to a beer/cider/wine or two. The motto is everything can, nothing must. So if you are interested, you can always do something or join the activities that are already planned. Otherwise, there is a healthy amount of order, cleanliness and tolerance.
