WG rooms in Fresing surroundings WG-Zimmer in Fresing Umgebung

I'm 19 and I'm just doing an FSJ
in kindergarten. 😊
I am looking for a WG room from the beginning/mid of September, as I am on the 1st. October would like to start my studies in Fresing at HSWT. I need room and privacy for me, but at the same time I am also a sociable person who likes to play board games in the evening or sits together to talk. I cook and bake very much and I'm not too picky at dinner.

I'm not looking for a purpose WG, but I'd like to have a community that sits down and sits together, go away or cook together. I would also be pleased to have a joint cleaning plan that all of them have their tasks and that it remains quite neat.

To the WG itself, my limit would be with 6 roommates. Also at the room my lower limit is at 10qm2. A furnished room would certainly be nice, but an empty room doesn't scare me. I really would also have a dishwasher in the kitchen important.😅 It would be important to me that the WG is a good position with regard to the situation. Öffis has because I depend on it.

Ich suche ab Anfang/Mitte September ein WG-Zimmer, da ich am 1. Oktober mein Studium in Fresing an der HSWT anfangen möchte. Ich brauche Raum und Privatsphäre für mich, aber bin gleichzeitig auch ein geselliger Mensch, der gerne am Abend Brettspiele spielt oder sich zum quatschen zusammen setzt. Ich koche und backe sehr gerne und bin nicht allzu wählerisch beim Essen.

Ich suche keine Zweck WG, sondern hätte sehr gerne eine Gemeinschaft die sich ab und zu zusammensetzt, mal weggeht oder zusammen kocht. Über einen gemeinsamen Putzplan würde ich mich auch freuen, dass alle ihre Aufgaben haben und es recht ordentlich bleibt.

Zur WG an sich, wäre meine Grenze bei 6 Mitbewohner:innen. Auch beim Zimmer läge meine untere Grenze bei 10qm². Ein möbilisiertes Zimmer wäre natürtlich schön, aber ein leeres Zimmer schreckt mich auch nicht ab :). Mir wär tatsächlich auch eine Spülmaschine in der Küche wichtig.😅 Mir wäre es noch wichtig, dass die WG eine gute Lage bzgl. Öffis hat, da ich darauf angewiesen bin.
