In unserer schönen 5-Personen-Wohngemeinschaft im Ostviertel ist vom 15. Juni bis zum 31. August ein 22 m2 großes Zimmer zur Untermiete verfügbar. Das Zimmer verfügt über große Fenster und ist mit Möbeln ausgestattet, die zu einem günstigen Preis gemietet werden können, wodurch es sehr gemütlich und geräumig wirkt.

Die Wohnung bietet auf einer Gesamtfläche von 177 m2 alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir teilen uns eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein kleines „Arbeitszimmer“ sowie zwei Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC. Außerdem gibt es Stauraum im Keller und auf dem Dachboden sowie einen kleinen Garten.

In our beautiful 5-person shared flat in the Ostviertel, a 22 m2 room is available from 15 June - August 31st as Sublease .The room has large windows and furniture available at reasonable cost,makes it very cozy and spacious.

The apartment has everything you need to live on a total area of 177 m2. We share a large kitchen, a living room, a small “study” as well as two bathrooms and a guest WC. There is also storage space in the cellar and attic and a small garden.

Lage

Göttinger Ostviertel in idealer Lage: Innenstadt, Uni und Bahnhof sind mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und die Schillerwiesen sowie der Göttinger Wald liegen ebenso vor der Haustür wie ein Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker, eine Eisdiele und ein Blumenladen:)!

Located near Eichendorffplatz, the flat is right in the middle of the pretty and calm Ostviertel. A grocery store, pharmacy, bank, bakery, ice cream store, and florist are literally just a few steps away. If you want to enjoy nature or the city life, fret not, as both are only a leisurely fifteen-minute-walk away and can be reached even faster by bike. The university and uni sport are also five minutes by bike.

WG-Leben

Wir sind zwischen 25 und 30 Jahre alt studieren oder arbeiten. Daher freuen wir uns, wenn auch du in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase bist. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden, der*die schon WG-Erfahrung hat, ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit schätzt und ebenso Lust auf gemeinsame, geplante oder spontane Aktivitäten hat – z.B. abends in der Küche sitzen, in die Stadt gehen, zusammen frühstücken, Filme gucken, im Park relaxen etc. Raum zum Zurückziehen ist selbstverständlich immer da.
Da nicht alle von uns fließend Deutsch sprechen, unterhalten wir uns in der WG hauptsächlich auf Englisch.

We are between 25 and 30 years old and are studying or working, and therefore looking for someone who’s at a similar point in their lives.
We enjoy living together, and the pivot point of our flat share is the kitchen. We sometimes prepare meals, play games, go for a walk or watch a movie together, though – of course – each of us have our individual occupations, too. Most things happen spontaneously and sometimes it's only two, three or all of us involved.
We are looking for someone who has lived in shared flats before, has a desire for a basic level of tidiness, and plans to stay long- rather than short-term. Since we have a non-German speaker in our midst, we mostly speak English in our flat.
