Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß. Das Fenster zeigt auf einen kleinen Hof neben der Straße, ist also auch etwas ruhiger. Im Flur, direkt gegenüber der Zimmertür, befindet sich ein Schrank, den du gerne benutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und viel Platz zum Wäsche trocknen. Außerdem gibt es noch eine separate Gästetoilette und einen kleinen Abstellraum. Die Wohnung hat in allen Räumen sehr hohe Decken und schallisolierte Fenster. Schnelles Internet (Glasfaser) gibt es auch.
Rauchen ist innerhalb der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.

The room is 12 m², and has a window facing a small courtyard next to the building. Directly in front of the room is a large shelf that you’re free to use. The flat has a huge bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, and lots of space to dry laundry. There’s also an extra restroom. All rooms have a high ceiling and soundproof windows. We also have a fast internet connection (fibre-optic cable).
Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere inside the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, am Wilhelmsplatz. Durch die zentrale Lage ist so ziemlich alles, was man brauchen könnte, in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Der Zentralcampus ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Uniklinik mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum Stadtwald sind es auch nur ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat is located in the city centre, next to the Wilhelmsplatz. The central campus can be reached by foot within 10 minutes, by bike within 5 minutes. The university clinic is within 10 minutes by bike. The nearest bus stop is only one or two minutes by foot.
Emily (26): Ich studiere Kulturanthropologie und Philosophie und engagiere ich mich viel ehrenamtlich und politisch. In meiner Freizeit male und zeichne ich gerne, spiele Piano, mache Sport, und verbringe gerne Zeit mit Freund*innen. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und Deutsch.
Julia (19): In meiner Freizeit, beschäftige ich mich viel, mit meiner Hündin Malou und engagiere mich im Tierschutz. Malou ist ein sehr liebevoller und ruhiger Golden Retriever. Sie versteht sich sehr gut, mit Menschen und anderen Hunden.

Emily (26): I'm studying cultural anthropology and philosophy and do a lot of political activism and volunteer work. I like to spend my free time painting, playing piano, doing sports, or spending time with friends. I'm fluent in German and English.
Julia (19): I spend a lot of my free time with my dog Malou and I'm involved in animal welfare. Malou is a very loving and calm Golden Retriever. She gets along very well with people and other dogs.
