Hi there :)
I have a room available for a few month, looking for relaxed & respectful Flatmate, see categories below for more Infos.

THE ROOM is cozy, quiet and the window goes out to the green yard, it has curtains (other than on pic).

flat has Kitchen with table and couch, and a bath with tub.

sadly, there is no washing machine included anymore cause someone once broke it - but there is a laundry space 7min by bike or in city center.

The house is rather quiet apart from some hours in the evening when you hear the upstairs neighbours walking (old house).

*No racists, sexists, haters,...!*

the flat is located in a quiet street in the "Südstadt", about 15 min walk to train station and about 5min to Busstop "Badeparadies Eiswiese". Its a great part of town with public Swimmingpool, the Leine river and Kiessee to be in nature and only a short walk/bike ride to the Center.

We share the kitchen and bath and take turns cleaning the shared space.

Looking for easy going & shared flat experienced person that preferably works/studies/is gone during the day.

I have lived with people of all ages and backgrounds and always happy to hear new Stories & Perspektives.

I have had super nice Flamates I really liked sharing the space with that stayed in their rooms after uni/work and never used kitchen while with other Flatmates I had a glas of wine/tea almost every night, played games, etc. cause we just clicked and had fun.
I am happy with both and all in between as long as we both feel its a good match and relaxed atmosphere.

no peeing standing up for hygiene reasons

the flat is tidy(ish), nice, cozy but not freshly renovated or super fancy.

I like the shared space (kitchen, hallway, bathroom) working well for everyone to use but must confess that on stressful days I do leave some things lying around or don't always put the plate in the dishwasher right away.
So I would say I am aming towards tidy but am not always on top of it. Happy to talk and find good balance but if you need a super tidy space all the time this is not it.
At the same time, I don't want someone being chaotic and cluttery in the shared space.
However, till now it always worked well for everyone, so we will figure it out together :)
