The apartment is located in the Plöck directly at Bismarckplatz.
ÖPNV, supermarkets and other shopping facilities can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
It is also not far in the forest and the Neckar meadow.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Plöck direkt am Bismarckplatz.
ÖPNV, Supermärkte und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in weniger als 5 min zu erreichen.
In den Wald und zur Neckarwiese ist es ebenfalls nicht weit.

We are Kjell (19) and Julius(27).

I'm Kjell, 19 years old and studying medicine in the 2nd semester. In addition, I am much dancing, especially at the Gio in Mannheim with Lisa Beuttler. I look forward to the summer in Heidelberg and want to be much on the go, be it excursions, on the Neckarwiese or in the evening in the city - perhaps in the future also as Wg. ;)
To come down I like to cook, do yoga, go for a walk or watch series too - “pose” is definitely a favorite!

I, Julius, have been working as an engineer for half a year, but I still feel like a student. In the free time I like to play guitar, put on and try a new sport (Ultimate Frisbee, Squash, Touchtennis). Otherwise, I am motivated to play games, but can also damn well just chill!:D
In good weather, I like to go outside, or professionally chew anything together.

We both have been living in the WG since November and do not have a fully routine WG life, yet we are not a purpose WG. We are interested in a common WG life and open to common cooking, games or film evenings (the beamer already there, the switch is in planning;) ).
Everything can, nix must: Everyone needs time for themselves, of course!

We haven't had a super strict cleaning plan yet, but of course it's very important that the WG be kept clean. Together we will definitely find a good compromise!

In addition, we place value on open communication and a benevolent handling!

Wir sind Kjell (19) und Julius(27).

Ich bin Kjell, 19 Jahre alt und studiere im 2. Semester Medizin. Daneben bin ich viel tänzerisch unterwegs, vor allem im Gio in Mannheim bei Lisa Beuttler. Ich freue mich sehr auf den Sommer in Heidelberg und hab Lust viel unterwegs zu sein, sein es Ausflüge, auf der Neckarwiese oder abends in der Stadt - vielleicht ja zukünftig auch als Wg. ;)
Zum runterkommen koche ich gerne, mach Yoga, geh spazieren oder schaue auch mal Serien - „pose“ ist da auf jeden Fall ein favorite!

Ich, Julius arbeite seit einem halben Jahr als Ingenieur, fühle mich aber noch als Student. In der Freizeit spiele ich gerne Gitarre, lege auf und probiere gerade ein par neue Sportarten (Ultimate Frisbee, Squash, Touchtennis) aus. Ansonsten bin ich Spieleabend motiviert, kann aber auch verdammt gut einfach nur chillen!:D
Bei gutem Wetter bin ich gerne draußen unterwegs, oder knaube professionell irgendwas zusammen.

Wir wohnen beide erst seit November in der WG und haben auch noch kein voll routiniertes WG-Leben, dennoch sind wir keine Zweck WG. Wir sind interessiert an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben und offen für gemeinsames Kochen, Spiele- oder Filmabende (der Beamer schon da, die Switch ist in Planung ;) ).
Alles kann, nix muss: Jeder braucht natürlich auch mal Zeit für sich alleine!

Wir hatten bisher keinen super strikten Putzplan, uns ist es natürlich trotzdem sehr wichtig, dass die WG sauber gehalten wird. Zusammen finden wir bestimmt einen guten Kompromiss!

Zudem legen wir wert auf offene Kommunikation und einen wohlwollenden Umgang!

The rooms would be free from 01.06 and we are looking for new roommates for a month later (01.07)

The other costs are made up of electricity, Internet and GEZ costs and may vary a little, as we have lived in the WG for only three years.

Die Sonstigen Kosten setzen sich zusammen aus Strom-, Internet- und GEZ-Kosten und können könnten ein wenig abweichen, da wir bisher auch nur zu dritt in der WG gewohnt haben.
