Your room has about 13 square meters and it is bright. It is not furnished but has a nice retro wall paper :) Our flat has a big living room where we like to sit together on our couch and either play board games, watch movies or drink a glass of wine :) If we are not in the living room, we can also hang out in our cosy kitchen which contains a corner seat (and a dishwasher ;) ) and is big enough to cook together. We also have a back yard with big walnut trees and a lawn. In summer we can have barbecues there or lie in the sun.
The flat is located in the beautiful district "Weststadt". It is really close to the station "Bahnhof Weststadt/Südstadt" from where you can either take the tram or the S-Bahn. There are various shopping possibilities around, like a small greengrocery at the next corner, a "Nahkauf", an "Alnatura" and one bakery in close walking distance. Furthermore there are some bars/cafes closeby, for example the one at the "Danteplatz" with a nice terrace. Walking to the old town takes about 20 minutes and is especially convenient at night if you don't want to wait for the bus. The flat is located close to the hills and the forest, which is really convenient if you want to have a walk or go running.
We, Natascha and Yana, live together since roughly two years. Yana works in the area of environmental protection. Natascha studied Physics and is currently doing her Phd. We both like to go outside and hang out with friends, but we also enjoy doing things alone. Both of us already spend some time abroad and we like to meet people from all over the world and get to know different cultures. Both of us speak English (and German ;) ) and Yana also speaks French, Portuguese and Spanish. We are looking for an open-minded and tolerant person, who sets a value on some basic cleanness and who doesn't smoke (!).
