Hallo lieber Neuzugang,
wir, das sind ein Mediziner in Spe und eine Lehramtsstudentin, suchen ab dem 01.01.2013 einen neuen Mitbewohner für unserer 3er-WG.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 24m2 groß, übrigens das Größte in der WG, und in einer top Lage (für alle Studis 2 Minuten zum Campus Abbe-Platz). Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, das heißt: eine vollausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank...) und ein sehr großes Bad, mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Du solltest aufgeschlossen, offen, kompromissbereit und ordentlich sein. Besonders schön wäre es, wenn du musisch begabt bist.
