Da ich mein Studium an der TH Köln abgeschlossen habe und schweren Herzens Köln verlassen muss, suche ich ab Mai einen Nachmieter für mein 20qm großes Zimmer in der besten 3er-WG der Kölner Altstadt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Heumarkt und ist somit super zentral und gut angebunden. Zur Bahnstation brauchst du ungefähr 2 Minuten und dort fahren die Linien 1, 5, 7, 9, 106, 132, 133, 260, 978. Falls du weiter weg musst, ist auch der Hauptbahnhof nur ca. 10 Geh-Minuten entfernt.
Innerhalb von maximal 5 Minuten bist du beim REWE, DM oder in der Schildergasse. Und auch die beste Kneipe, die beste Pizzeria und der beste Pommesladen Kölns sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Jördis (23) ist Elitestudentin an der Spoho und studiert dort im Bachelor Sport und Leistung. In ihrer Freizeit treibt sie ebenfalls gerne Sport (wenn sie nicht verletzt ist), trifft Freundinnen, was man halt so macht. Außerdem reist sie gerne und ist bei jeder Unternehmung immer dabei. Franzi (21) arbeitet bei der Agentur für Arbeit und wohnt seit Februar in der WG. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie ebenfalls gerne was mit ihren Freundinnen oder sonnt sich auf den Pollerwiesen.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und es wird großen Wert darauf gelegt etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, egal ob ein gemeinsamer Koch- oder Spieleabend mit oder ohne Kölsch.
Die Miete beträgt 580€ warm und die Kaution beträgt 980€. Die kriegst du natürlich am Ende des Mietverhältnisses wieder. Außerdem kommt noch eine Abschlagszahlung von 400€ für Küche, Bad, etc. hinzu.
In meinem Zimmer befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank, 3 teiliges Regal und eventuell ein 4x3 Fächer-Regal, welche ich gerne für 300€ zurücklassen möchte.
Es gibt in der WG einen Kleiderschrank/Abstellraum, den du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst. Außerdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine Spülmaschine und diverse andere Küchengeräte, wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Smoothie-Maker etc, die auch von dir mitbenutzt werden können.
WG-Castings finden am 10. und 11. April statt, bitte stellt euch vor und schreibt mir direkt in eurer Mail, wann ihr an den Tagen die WG besichtigen könntet.

Since I have finished my studies at the TH Cologne and have to leave Cologne with a heavy heart, from May on we´re looking for a new roommate for my 20sqm room in the best 3-person flat-share in Cologne's old town.
The location is really central and close to Heumarkt. Trams number 1, 5, 7, 9 and the busses 106, 132, 133, 260, 978 are only 2 mins walk from the apartment and the central station is only 10 minutes away. Everything you will need (supermarket, drug store, Schildergasse, best bar in Cologne) is really close.
Your roommates are Jördis (23) and Franzi (21). Jördis is studying her bachelors´at the German Sport University Cologne and travelling the world, enjoying life and wine. Franzi works at the Employment agency and in her free time she likes to hang out with her friends.
The WG life is really uncomplicated and we love spending time together.
The rent is 580€ warm and the deposit is 980€ as well as a deposit of 400€ for using the kitchen, bathroom etc. I would to leave a few items of furniture behind (wardrobe, a three piece shelf and another shelf) for 300€. There is also an extra room in the flat that you can use, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and other kitchen essentials.
