New start-up in a nice WG in Ehrenfeld Neugründung in lieber WG in Ehrenfeld

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Lenauplatz (the 5). There's a rewe, a pharmacy and cafes. The Landmannstraße with many small sweet shops, pubs and restaurants is also located directly on the lenauplatz.

Right at the entrance of the street is the small Takuplatz with a kiosk and boule fields and very good table tennis boards. There is also a net.

Five minutes from the apartment is the Taku or Rochuspark. In ten minutes you will be at the Blücher Park and by bike in five minutes at the Ehrenfeld station.

Die Wohnung liegt fünf Gehminuten vom Lenauplatz (dort fährt die 5) entfernt. Hier gibt es einen Rewe, eine Apotheke und Cafés. Direkt am lenauplatz liegt auch die Landmannstraße mit vielen kleinen süßen Läden, Kneipen und Restaurants.

Direkt am Eingang der Straße liegt der kleine Takuplatz mit einem Kiosk und Bouléfeldern und sehr guten Tischtennisplatten. Dort gibt es auch einen Netto.

Fünf Minuten von der Wohnung liegt der Taku- bzw Rochuspark. In zehn Minuten ist man im Blücher Park und mit dem Fahrrad in fünf Minuten am Bahnhof Ehrenfeld.

I care about a loving and common living, of course without compulsion and everything that just fits. Communication is key in coexistence, so I would totally wish that we talk if anything doesn't fit or annoy what can happen through when you live together.

I am currently in an internship at the Kölnische Rundschau and thus fight my way into journalism. I love writing, reading, setting up and my friends. Very delicious coffee, makes me very happy. Sun and sea is the best combination in the world. I would call myself a very sympathetic, so I am happy to meet in the kitchen and have fun drinks together. I've also discovered for myself that alone can do well and check if my fellow residents need to pull back.
Similar values are very important to me that in my home there is no queer or transfeindity, no racism, no sexism.

I really like to set up this super nice apartment and would like it sweet if my cohabitants also like it. I already plan the kitchen and would like it if a person came in and I didn't make all the choices for me and if you can bring your ideas and ideas in.:)

Mir ist ist ein liebes und gemeinsames Wohnen wichtig, natürlich ohne Zwang und alles wie es gerade passt. Kommunikation ist key im Zusammenleben, deswegen würde ich mir total wünschen, dass wir reden, wenn irgendwas nicht passt oder nervt, was ja durch aus passieren kann, wenn man zusammen lebt.

Ich bin zurzeit im Praktikum bei der Kölnischen Rundschau und boxe mir so meinen Weg in den Journalismus. Ich liebe schreiben, lesen, einrichten und meine Freund*innen. Sehr leckerer Kaffee, macht mich sehr glücklich. Sonne und Meer ist die beste Kombi auf der Welt. Ich würde mich als sehr gesellig bezeichnen, freu mich also auf liebe Begegnungen in der Küche und gemeinsame Abende mit Spaßgetränken. Ich hab auch für mich entdeckt, dass alleine sein gut tun kann und checke, wenn meine Mitbewohnis das Zurückziehen brauchen.
Ähnliche Werte sind mir sehr wichtig, dass heißt in meinem Zuhause gibt es keine queer oder transfeindlichkeit, keinen Rassismus, keinen Sexismus.

Ich hab richtig Lust diese super schöne Wohnung einzurichten und fände es sweet, wenn meine Mitbewohni auch Lust darauf hat. Ich plane zurzeit schon die Küche und fände es toll, wenn eine Person einsteigen würde und ich nicht alle Entscheidungen für mich treffe und wenn du deine Ideen und Vorstellungen auch mit rein bringen kannst.:)

My mom would extend the kitchen and ground costs and you can then decide individually whether you pay the amount once and then, of course, get the discount back on the draw or pay an amount to the rent and thus pay the costs. I think the costs are about 1800 euros per per persom. I know that sounds quite a lot, but as I said, you can also beat this to the rent, which is relatively extremely cheap :) So, for example, you could say the rent is EUR 420 and the costs would be included.

Meine Mama würde die Küche und Bodenkosten vorstrecken und du kannst dann individuell entscheiden, ob du den Betrag einmalig zahlst und dann natürlich bei Auszug den Abschlag zurück bekommst oder einen Betrag auf die Miete zahlst und somit die Kosten abträgst. Ich denke die Kosten belaufen sich auf knapp 1800 Euro pro Persom. Ich weiß, dass klingt recht viel, doch wie gesagt kannst du das auch auf die Miete schlagen, die ja verhältnismäßig extrem günstig ist :) Also könnte man beispielsweise sagen die Miete beträgt 420 Euro insgesamt und da wären die Kosten dann schon inkludiert.
