We offer an approximately 10 m2 furnished room with parquet flooring.
It is a flat-rate rental! This means that all costs are included. Also, GEZ, Electricity, Wlan, Cleaning Agent... The rest of the cleaning is included😃
With two loving cats we live together in our beautiful 110 m2 apartment. We only rent to cat lovers;-)

Wir bieten ein ca. 10 m2 möbliertes Zimmer mit Parkett an.
Es handelt sich um eine Pauschalmiete! Das bedeutet, dass sämtliche Kosten inklusive sind. Auch GEZ, Strom, Wlan, Putzmittel...Zudem müsst ihr nur euer Zimmer sauberhalten. Die restliche Reinigung ist inklusive😃
Mit zwei lieben Katzen wohnen wir zusammen in unserer schönen 110 m2 großen Wohnung. Wir vermieten nur an Katzenliebhaber;-)
Bei den vielen Anfragen, kann ich leider nicht jedem antworten!
The room is located in Eisenacher Straße next to the music school (not as shown on the map, in front of the country of sale!)
However, the country of sale is nearby. Rewe, Aldi and other shopping facilities are also around the corner:-)
The trams 4, 10 and 11, as well as the S-Bahn station Möckern are within 7 minutes walking distance.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Eisenacher Straße neben der Musikschule (nicht wie auf der Karte angezeigt wird, vorm Kaufland!)
Jedoch ist der Kaufland in der Nähe. Auch ein Rewe, Aldi und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ums Eck :-)
Die Straßenbahnen 4, 10 und 11, sowie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Möckern sind in ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
We are more a purpose WG, but still sometimes like to drink a coffee together or watch a movie together.
Nevertheless, everyone lives his own everyday life.
We are rather a quiet WG:-)
It would be important that you also like cats and they may visit you and again in your room, because actually it is their kingdom;-) and they are definitely curious about you! So please just report if you like cats,:-)
You just have to keep your room clean, I'll take care of the rest of the apartment.

Wir sind mehr eine Zweck-WG, trinken aber trotzdem manchmal gerne einen Kaffee zusammen oder gucken gemeinsam einen Film.
Trotzdem lebt jeder seinen eigenen Alltag.
Wir sind eher eine ruhige WG:-)
Wichtig wäre, dass du auch Katzen magst und sie dich hin und wieder in deinem Zimmer besuchen düfen, denn eigentlich ist es ihr Reich ;-) und sie sind bestimmt neugierig auf dich! Also bitte wirklich nur melden, wenn du Katzen magst,:-)
Du musst eigentlich nur dein Zimmer sauber halten, um den Rest der Wohnung kümmere ich mich.
