Dear interested parties,
this room is available only from NOV 1 - DEC 31! The duration of the stay is also relatively flexible beyond the specified time period from Oct-Dec, since I travel a lot, but is at least TWO months.
In this well-kept, bright and cosy 3-person flat a 14sqm room is rentable in a 75 sqm apartment. We are directly at the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (at the tram station "Südplatz"), the main street of the south, at the pulse of life.
There is a modern equipped kitchen with view into the green backyard, where you can even hear the birds sing in the morning. A bright hallway and a large daylight bathroom are also part of the flat.
My room which is the one you gonna rent has a large window, is laminated and facing the backyard (no traffic noise).

Das Zimmer kann vom 01. NOV - 31. DEZ. gemietet werden. Die Dauer des Aufenthalts ist auch über den angegebenen Zeitraum hinaus relativ flexibel, da ich viel unterwegs bin, beträgt jedoch mindestens zwei Monate.
In dieser gepflegten, hellen und gemütlichen 3er-WG wird ein 14 qm großes Zimmer in einer insgesamt 75 qm großen Wohnung angeboten. Wir sind direkt an der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße (direkt an der Tram-Station "Südplatz"), der Hauptstraße des Südens, am Puls des Lebens.
Es gibt eine modern ausgestattete Küche mit Blick in den grünen Hinterhof, der früh von Vogelgesang bespielt wird. Ein heller Flur und ein großes Tageslicht-Badezimmer gehören ebenfalls zum Wohnraum.
Mein Zimmer, das zur Vermietung steht, besitzt ein großes Fenster, ist mit Laminat versehen und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Somit ist kein Verkehrslärm hörbar und man schläft definitiv ruhig.
Located directly at the famous Karl-Liebknecht-Straße! We are only a few seconds walk away from the tram station "Südplatz". Directly in front of the door are many restaurants, bars, a supermarket and alternative meeting places like the "Feinkost". The pure life of the "Südvorstadt" in Leipzig takes place here.
Distances: By bike you are directly in the center within 5 minutes at the "Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz" or within the same time in the beautiful Albertina library. By train it takes about 8 minutes from Südplatz to Augustusplatz (University & City Centre).

Direkt auf der berüchtigten Karl-Liebknecht-Straße! Wir liegen nur wenige Sekunden zu Fuß von der Haltestelle "Südplatz" entfernt im Zentrum-Süd. Direkt vor der Tür sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Imbisse, ein Supermarkt und alternative Trefforte wie die "Feinkost". Es spielt sich das pure Leben der Südvorstadt ab.
Entfernungen: Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Min direkt im Zentrum am "Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz" oder in derselben Zeit in der schönen Albertina Bibliothek. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 8 Min vom Südplatz bis zum Augustusplatz (Universität & Zentrum) gefahren.
My roommates work, study and sometimes travel on weekends. We attach great (!) importance to order and cleanliness. That is an important rule in our apartment and in my room for you, too.
