Wir suchen zwei Untermieterinnen für unsere WG-Wohnung von September bis Januar, da wir beide im Auslandssemester sind.
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung hat eine Flur, zwei große Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es zwei kleine Balkone.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Der Rhein ist direkt um die Ecke.
Da wir beide weg sind suchen wir zwei Untermieter. Deshalb wäre es optimal, wenn ihr zu zweit seid. Aber schreibt uns auch gerne, falls ihr noch keine potentielle Mitbewohnerin habt! :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 430€ pro Person. Jedoch ist hierbei die Kaltmiete, Strom, Gas, Wasser und Wlan enthalten.
