Du passt in die WG, wenn du: ordentlich bist (nicht pingelig), putzen kein Fremdwort ist, selbstständig solltest du auch sein, nicht Wohnungsparty-Bedürftig (ja, ja die Nachbarn), dein Freund/ Freundin nicht automatisch zum 3. Mitbewohner wird, du NICHTRAUCHER bist (nein, Outdoor-Raucher reicht nicht), du dein Musikinstrument nicht zu sehr liebst, das Zimmer für den gesamten Zeitraum nimmst… ahhh nett solltest du natürlich auch sein
Wer so viel verlangt, muss natürlich auch was geben; Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbalkon, gemütliche Küche, möbeliertes Zimmer (Bett, Schrank, TV, Schreibtisch, gefülltes Bücherregal), faire 240 Euro (plus anteilig Telefon und Strom/Gas), nette Atmosphäre usw.
Auszugsdatum wäre der 15. bzw. 30 Juli- je nachdem wie es passt…
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1. Februar besichtigt werden, du kannst aber gerne jetzt schon eine EMAIL, mit einem Terminwunsch für die Besichtigung schreiben.
