You’re at the right place.
The room is a bright fully furnished (you can see from the pictures) shared-flat with 2 students. It’s located at the heart of Mannheim where all tram lines (1,2,3,4,5,7) except Line 6 are all accessible within a walking distance. Kurpfalzbrücke tram stop is right in front of the door of the building where as Abendakademie is just a walking distance. Mannheim Hbf is 12 mins away by the tram.
Shopping is always easy. ALDI is located right next to Abendakademie tram stop, and Penny and Lidl are also very close. A Gym and cinema are also located nearby.
The kitchen is more than complete equipped with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Full set of chef knives.
– Big stove
– Oven
– Water boiler
– Almost any condiment you need! We keep the fridge
– Washing machine
This room is perfect for responsible guests on a budget who are traveling by themselves!
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the flat. You may be charged to cover the costs of smoke removal.
The rooms and the toilet are always clean. The kitchen and toilet are cleaned once a week by one of the flat mates who's is responsible for that week.
