Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer, da ich für eine Zeit ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer hat den typischen Altbau-Charme. Die WG ist sehr entspannt und man fühlt sich schnell wohl.

Das Zimmer liegt in Au-Haidhausen, direkt im Herzen des Viertels und nur ein paar Minuten von der Isar entfernt. Eine super zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Gegend mit vielen Cafés, schönen Straßen und perfekter Anbindung.

Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Manchmal sitzen wir abends alle zusammen, bei einem Glas Wein und quatschen. Es ist aber auch überhaupt kein Ding, wenn jeder einfach sein eigenes Ding machen möchte und man mal keine Lust hat zu quatschen :D

Es ist alles ganz entspannt, das Einzige worum ich dich bitten würde, wäre, dass du ab und zu meinen Pflanzen einen Schluck Wasser gibst :D

Was ihr vielleicht noch wissen solltet: Emma lebt auch in der WG, Emma ist unser super liber WG Hund, eine kleine Maus, die man nur lieben kann.
