Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG in einem größeren Wohnkomplex aus mehreren Reihenhäusern. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, einen Flur und insgesamt 4 Zimmer. Das Zimmer, dass zu vermieten ist, hat in etwa 20 m2. Zusätzlich hat jeder Bewohner sein eigenes Bad.

Des Weiteren gibt es eine Hauskatze, die allerdings keine verschlossenen Türen öffnen kann. Dennoch wird jemand gesucht, der mit Katzen umgehen kann und generell Tierlieb ist.

The apartment is located on the first floor in a larger residential complex consisting of several row houses. There is a living room with a kitchen, a hallway, and a total of four rooms. The room that is for rent is approximately 20 m2. In addition, each resident has their own private bathroom.

There is also a house cat, which cannot open closed doors. Nevertheless, a person is being sought who is comfortable around cats and generally fond of animals.

Die Wohnung ist etwa 1-2 Minuten von der nächsten Haltestelle entfernt und in etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Münchner Ostbahnhof. In das Stadtzentrum gelangt man innerhalb weniger Minuten und zum Flughafen dauert es in etwa eine Stunde mit den Öffentlichen.

The apartment is about 1–2 minutes from the nearest public transport stop and approximately a 15-minute walk from Munich East Station. The city center can be reached within a few minutes, and the airport takes about an hour by public transport.

Da ich ausziehe soll es nun eine reine Frauen-WG werden. Ein freundliches, nettes, zuvorkommendes und sauberes Leben ist erwünscht. Dennoch wird eine gewisse Toleranz durch die Hauskatze benötigt, da nicht alle Katzenhaare durch die Filteranlage gefangen werden und Essensreste etc. nicht offen stehen gelassen werden können. Die Zimmer sind relativ weit entfernt und generell ist die Wohnung sehr isoliert und nicht hellhörig. Nachbarn sind nicht zu hören.

Since I am moving out, it will now become an all-female shared apartment. A friendly, considerate, and clean way of living is expected. However, a certain level of tolerance is required due to the house cat, as not all cat hair is captured by the filtration system and food leftovers cannot be left out in the open. The rooms are relatively far apart, and overall the apartment is very well insulated and not prone to noise. Neighbors cannot be heard.
