Man trifft sich gelegentlich im Flur, in der Küche oder im großen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer.Das Haus verfügt über ein Badezimmer, ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer sowie vier Kellerräume – einer davon ist der Waschraum.Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hell und voll möbliert (siehe Bilder). Hi,I’m looking for a short-term subtenant from now until the end of February with the possibility to prolong the rental until the end of may for a room in our shared house, located just 2 minutes from Giesing station.You’ll be living with Uli and Leon, who are both working professionals. We occasionally meet in the hallway, the kitchen, or the large and cozy living room.The house has a bathroom, an extra guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and four basement rooms, one of which is used as a laundry room.The room itself is spacious, bright, and fully furnished (see pictures).
