Hello, I am subletting my cozy WG room in Bogenhausen for six month while I am doing a job in Dortmund.

The room is 12 square meters big and attached to the shared living room. It is really quiet as we are on the top floor (4th, no elevator) and you will be looking into the greenery of the Parkstadt. I am leaving my main furniture here for your usage. The apartment has three rooms (2 bed rooms and a living room).

There is a california king size bed (180x200) that is pretty cozy and spacious. You just need to bring your own bedding. There are two dressers and a small wardrope. I also have a pretty tiny desk, if you need to work on something.

The flat is located in the Parkstadt Bogenhausen, in 4 min. walking distance to the U4 that brings you to Odeonsplatz and Centra Station in 15 min.

There are multiple shops in walking distance (Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, Asian Market, Turkish Supermarket, and more). The Parkstadt obviously offers a park, perfect for a walk or run. You are also in perfect biking distance to the Isar, where you can go for a dip during the summer months.

There are also free parking options as well as bine stands and a bike room in the basement.

You will be sharing the flat with Ahsen, 28 from Turkey. She speaks English and Turkish and is currently learning German. Ahsen will be moving in at the same time as you, as my recent roomate will be moving out. If you need to move in later, it will be fine as she is already settled by then.

Ahsen is well organized, clean, and calm. She is into books, museums, walks, and short trips throughout Bavaria. She is currently working as a babysitter.

Ahsen is Muslim and prefers a female flatmate.

The apartment has 53 square meters, is furnished, has a beautiful sunny balcony attatched to the living room. There is a nice couch, bookshelves, and a dining table. You ste happy to host dinners, but its mostly a non-party house (unfortunately). There is a small but well furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a tub, and a small chamber with a washing machine.
