I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely, cozy room in a friendly 3-person shared apartment in Laim, starting March 1st, 2025 (long-term).

It’s a cozy home in a great area where everything is close by.The room itself is spacious and very bright, and sunny enough to get your daily dose of vitamin D, with a large window and access to a balcony shared with one flatmate. It comes fully furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand, large desk, sofa, office chair etc ..). I will only take the bookshelf & decorations with me.

The sofa, office chair, and nightstand were recently purchased from IKEA, are in very good condition, and can be taken over for €250.

You’ll be joining a warm, clean and respectful flatshare with two lovely people:
- Johanna (30)– originally from Taiwan, works as a tax consultant. She enjoys cooking, staying active, and is passionate about bouldering.
- Melissa (32)– Originally from Austria, she has a PhD in Biology and recently moved to Munich to work in a lab. She loves going out for coffee, chatting, and sharing moments during the week. On weekends, she is often returning back to Austria for her family.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate, ideally someone who is already working, appreciates a peaceful and well organized shared living environment
