Mein schönes helles Zimmer sucht nach einem Nachmieter:in! ✨

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer WG zum Leben braucht.
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und hat sowohl Cerankochfeld als auch Spülmaschine; eigener neuer Waschtrockner ist auch vorhanden. Zusätzlich hat die WG noch einen Süd-Balkon der im Sommer wirklich das absolute Highlight ist und von und wie ein Wohnzimmer genutzt wurde.🌞

Die Wohnung wurde 2021 kernsaniert, sprich Bad, Küche etc. sind in einem Topzustand.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 7 min zu Fuß vom Laimer Bhf (Stammstrecke) entfernt und auch die Tram ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe (LIDL, Edeka, ...).
Parken ist ohne Bewohnerparkausweis möglich und man findet wirklich super easy einen Parkplatz.

In der Wohnung wohnen noch Jacob (30) und Clemens (26).
Sie sind beide berufstätig und in der Freizeit sehr sportlich unterwegs. Wenn immer es möglich ist schnacken wir mal zwischen Tür und Angel oder schauen, dass man gemeinsam etwas kocht/den nächsten Biergarten unsicher macht.
Da wir aber auch viel unterwegs sind ist das naturlich immer alles ein kann und nie ein muss :)
