Hi,

ich, Tobi 30 Jahre alt, berufstätig, suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in, da ich mich kürzlich von meiner langjährigen Partnerin getrennt habe.

Das angebotene Zimmer (Zimmer 1 im Grundriss) hat 18 m2, ist ideal geschnitten und ausgerichtet zum Innenhof. Bezug zum 15.01.26 wäre bevorzugt. In der Wohnung vorhanden ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine.

Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, Möbel auf den Bildern also bitte wegdenken :).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Pfeuferstraße 2, welche die Grenze zwischen Schwanthalerhöhe und Sendling bildet. Eine Gehminute entfernt befinden sich Bushaltestellen Ganghoferstraße (Linien 53, 153 und 134, 2 Stationen zur Ubahnstation Schwanthalerhöhe, U4 und U5) sowie Herzog-Ernst-Platz (Linie 62 und 134, 2 Stationen zur Ubahnstation Poccistraße U3 und U6). Alternativ sind beide Ubahnstationen innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Kurze Info zu mir: ich bin ein überdurchschnittlich ordentlicher und sauberer Mensch, welcher gerne ins Fitnessstudio geht und sonst gerne Mittagsschlaf hält.

Meine Kochkünste bezeichne ich als gut :). Ich rauche nicht und lege auch Wert auf einen Bewohner, welcher ebenfalls Nichtraucher ist. Haustiere habe ich auch nicht, alles in allem bin ich eher auf der ruhigeren Seite anzutreffen, gleichzeitig bin ich nicht an einer Zweck WG interessiert sondern freue mich auf eine gute Zeit.
