Hi everyone!

I am subletting my room in a WG for 2 months. I can be flexible about the beginning and ending dates of the rental period. KVR is possible only starting from March.

Furniture: It is a well-furnished room with bed (new and very comfortable), wardrobe, desk, chair - everything in the picture. I will also leave some things for your use such as sheets, towels, hairdryer, pillows etc.
And everything you would need is available in the kitchen and the bathroom.

There is a small balcony by the room's window.

I also have amazing flatmates, who are tidy and friendly who you can get along well easily. I have a couple of plants that should be taken care of, if you are not a plant person no worries, my flatmate can take care of them :)

Transportation: 5 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes on foot from the U3 Fürstenried West station. (It takes 30 mins to Universität)
Supermarket: Lidl and Rewe are right across the street, and Rossmann is less than a 5-minute walk away.

There's also a shopping area near the metro station with Rewe, Penny, a Turkish market, an Asian market, a pharmacy, post office, etc.

I'd say our home dynamic is quite friendly. Tolga is a METU graduate (male), also from Turkey. He's enrolled in a masters program at the LMU. He likes working on amateur photography, playing video games (would make you eat his dust in Mario Kart), and sometimes paints.
We are also currently in the process of finding a long-term flatmate for the 3rd room. Whoever we agree on, will move in the beginning of February. Therefore we cannot give more information for the second person at the moment.
We have a cleaning routine, and we are respectful of personal space. There is unfortunately no common area. It's also important to us that the person moving in is LGBTQ+ friendly :)
